Recently someone asked me about the cells in the new Barbados prison. This is a typical 3 man cell with just enough room to turn around in. There's a stainless steel toilet and sink with a steel mirror attached to the wall.
note: no flatscreen tv's! just 2 other snoring, farting room mates to keep you company
this is maximum security recreation area and will have fencing on all four sides and roof plus asphalt pad making escape impossible. The blue door on the far left is where the deceased will be brought out to the cemetary for burial.
Not the kind of place I'd want to 'hang' around very long. To make matters worse, the sewage lagoon is up wind of the facility and theres a constant breeze!

i was in glendairy prison in 2003 i was there at the time of the riot the gaurd treat you like sh-- all thay wanted to do was sit on there ass. you will read all when my book as finish. it all about my life and what othere inmats went threw. it will send chill down your spine. its not the false ball sh-- you see on bange up abroad
Mary I look forward to reading your book! I did hear horror story's about glendairy prison when I lived in barbados. The new prison is alot nicer but its still a place you dont want to be!!
thank you for reading a little bit of my story.when i was there in the prison the gaurds were saying to me when the prison is done the inmates wont be coming out of there cell. cos thay dont need to come out. cos there will be toilets in the cell and a flap were you food go threw. the gaurds want to not do there work for nothing. so thay get payed for doing nothing. just sitting on there ass. like i said im going to talk i will let them know about glendairy prison. in barbados
what i dont understand that zara whittaker said to me. about the book that she had nothing to do with the story it was terry donaldson.so im thinking she must have read the book befor it could go on the internet. why didnt zara say that story didnt happen that way. it was about aka maggie who play me.in the prison. in the story it had me taking drugs and getting drunk and also me getting high on drugs also having sex and getting down on men zara whittaker knows that didnt happen so why didnt she stop it. i was her co-d in prison we done 3 years 9 months
You shouldn't have taken the nervous little wreck with you Mary! Unless that part of banged up abroad was wrong too. She ruined everything by the sounds of it
Shouldn't smuggle drugs and destroy others lives by being greedy bitches in the 1st place & just worked a real job and earned your own money. Like you were told,"nothing comes for free" There's ALWAYS a price,you smugglers paid with doing hard jail time and you also made your families pay,children,mums,dads,ect...
Think of not how you suffered but of how you made others suffer and you may end up being a decent person,...and having sex with the screws is common knowledge,if they want it,they get it,so STOP LYING...u got screwed , sucked dick and kissed ass & got smashed on drugs & alcohol & if anyone thinks u didn't do these things, then they stupid too....BE HONEST AND TELL IT HOW UT WAS INSTEAD OF BEING A LYING AS JUNKIE...you druggies are all the same..thats all ��

The prisons in Barbados may be rough but perhaps if you'd have googled you'd have found out it wasn't a five star hotel
Mary went back to prison in Jamacia in 2012 for drug charges again. Make of that as you will?
I watched banged up abroad telling the story of Zara Whittaker.
In my opinion a lot of what they show on TV is made up, banged up abroad no exceptions.
It focused mainly on Zara herself and I would like to think she has learned her lesson .
I think mary aka Maggie in the program took Zara for a reason to Barbados, it was said she had been 12 times so why did she need Zara I wonder.,??
